Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal πΎ
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural) π₯
1/3 cup honey π―
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins π«
1 teaspoon vanilla extract π¦
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional) π±
1/4 cup flax seeds (optional) πΎ
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips (or raisins), vanilla extract. If using, add the chia seeds & flax seeds as well.
2. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Wet your hands and form small balls from the mixture.
4. Place the balls on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
Tip:
The balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
You can customize the ingredients to your liking, such as adding shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or dried fruits. π΄π₯₯π°π
