A Medium ST jointly developed by the UNCS and Obsidian. Nominally the successor to "XR-Rebirth" and "XR-Judgment," its customization philosophy remains singular in purpose: to serve the transformed Rosa Diaz alone. In addition to matrixing the Mirror Core mounted on the XR, it also enhances the linkage between assault and tactical weaponry according to Rosa's personal combat style. Due to anomalous fluctuations observed in XR-03-E's arashi material structure while piloted by Rosa, relevant researchers have already initiated a follow-up investigation. What cannot be denied is this: XR-03-E's rebirth has only one objective—to once again become the blade with which Rosa Diaz passes judgment upon all.
