Repaired a R-22 unit. Customer damaged his unit by accident.

I ended up having to weld in some new tub tubing customer tried to fix it himself and while doing that he damaged other tubing so I had to replace a lot of lines and also had to take out some of the fins

After I got this all repaired and everything set to go, we ran into some wiring issues. Somebody messed with the low voltage wiring. And then after that, we were getting high head pressure issues so this unit hasn’t been maintenance in a very long time so I had to repair the water flow to get the right gallons per minute.

Another commercial freezer getting brought back to life.

This unit had heavy frost buildup around the door frame, threshold, and floor area. The issue wasn’t just refrigeration — it was air infiltration and a failing door/floor seal system allowing warm, moist air to enter the box. That moisture freezes instantly and turns into ice buildup around the frame and floor.

🔎 What we found:
• Worn door gasket
• Compromised door sweep & threshold
• Poor floor insulation at entry
• Air leaks around frame
• Excess moisture freezing at base

When warm kitchen air hits sub-zero freezer temps, frost forms fast. Over time this leads to:
