2 beds, 2 baths, and drywall is now up. Walking through the space, you can see how the layout flows and how each room will function once it’s finished.

At Project Otsego in Sherman Oaks, framing, drywall, taping, and paint are all done on this 1,200 sq ft, two-level ADU. You can already see how the rooms flow and how the space will actually live.
