Shrock Prefab was proud to play a key role in bringing this multi-story hotel project to life. Our team provided the engineering, panel design, and prefabricated wall panels to help streamline construction and keep the project moving efficiently.

Project Scope Included:
• Fabrication and delivery of approximately 10,935 linear feet of load-bearing wall panels
• Installation of 6,417 square feet of 5/8" DensElement sheathing
• Application of Pour Stop on exterior wall panels
• Complete CFS engineering and shop fabrication drawings
• Ongoing coordination with the engineer of record, architect, subcontractors, and general contractor to ensure seamless integration

From design to delivery, prefabrication allowed for precision, quality control, and accelerated timelines—demonstrating the value of building smarter through off-site construction.

Winter is officially here, which makes it the perfect season for building panels inside!

We’ve already completed 90,425 LF of panels in 2025, with an additional 106,470 LF lined up to keep us busy until warmer days arrive.

It’s been an incredible year so far, and we’re grateful for another blessed year ahead. Thank you to all of our customers for your continued trust and support!
