We wanted to thank all of our military now serving and those that have served for their service to our great nation and to us! Especially thank you to our VETERANS today!

10/24/2019

What a privilege it was yesterday "military day" at our NC STATE FAIR to meet so many of our fine men and women who serve/served our country...some for a short time and some for a long time. Different branches, in different ways and in different capacities. All of them from the shortest timer to the ones that served and gave their life and were not able to be here to share... but lived on thru their "buddies" - they are all greatly appreciated by Jack and I and our whole Bobbees Team.

It was an honor to meet several who obviously came back different than when they left but still mustered a "can do" attitude and a spirit of pride. It was especially a pleasure for me to meet a man and a woman....the man had done 13 months in vietnam as well as other service and a woman who was a very high ranking leader in the army who had 3 bronze stars and served here last 6 years in Irag/Afghanistan. How humble they were ....I was blessed.
