Job Title: HVAC Helper (Travel Required)
Location: 7813 Glaser Ln Louisville, KY – Travel up to 5 hours away
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience
Travel Required: Yes (Up to 5 hours away from home base)

About Us:
We are a growing commercial HVAC company seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC trade while working alongside experienced technicians. The role requires regular travel to job sites throughout the region, sometimes up to 5 hours from our home base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lead with installation
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety protocols at all times
• Travel with the crew to various job locations (overnight stays may be required)
• Complete tasks efficiently in a piece-rate work environment

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age with a Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet at central location or job sites
• Willingness to travel regularly and work long days when needed
• Physically capable of using a dolly and working in various weather conditions
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Prior construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
