Another drainage issue resolved. We rerouted an improperly connected sump pump discharge, repaired the downspout connection, buried an additional downspout, regraded around the foundation, and added gravel under the deck to help prevent erosion and control water flow.

After a weeks worth’s of rain delays, we completed this full drainage and property improvement project. We installed a French drain, buried seven downspouts, redirected sump drains, and added a new drainage system to move water away from the home and restore proper drainage.
We also removed the old driveway, Partnered with T&T Services to install a new wider driveway and greenhouse pad, then relocated fence panels and the gate for ease of access.
Another project completed with lasting drainage solutions and improved curb appeal!
