We completely transformed this outdoor space with a massive deck overhaul, starting by demolishing the old and worn-out existing deck. Next we designed and built two brand new separate second story decks to provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. To top it off, we added a sturdy roof onto the left deck for year-round coverage and protection from the elements. Finally, we replaced both sets of outdated doors that led to the decks with contemporary energy-efficient ones.

This garage remodel will be posted in two parts to cover everything we did in this transformation! We first took off two old layers of siding and upgraded it with new sheeting and siding. We then regraded the area around the garage and poured concrete to create additional paved parking spaces.
