1. What’s your educational background?
I have an associates degree in Mechanical CAD Design and Drafting from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

2. What work experience do you have that helped you get this role?
I have 15 years experience working on HRSG’s for John Cockerill in Erie, PA.

3. What are 3 things you’d like to share about you?
I enjoy spending time with my wife Donna and 2 sons Kyle and Eric. I also enjoy dirt track oval racing in the summer and bowling in the winter.

Worked the last 5 years as a lighting project manager for a local MEP firm

3. What are 3 things you’d like to share about you?
I have a beautiful wife of 4 years, Shelby Sauder. We just celebrated the birth of our first born in August of 2025, Soleia “Sunny” Grace.
I love to play all sports (golf and basketball are favorites), and I love the outdoors, archery, and hunting.
I am very involved at my church, Sojourn East, and I love serving in the children's ministry alongside my wife and friends.

Responsible for all aspects of quality control for a given Vogt Power Project including special requirements from clients’ specification, reviewing and approving of subcontractors’ quality plans, welding procedures and other manufacturing procedures, develop and monitor ITP’s and assimilate quality control documentation to conform with Vogt Power International and customer requirements.

This holiday season we are proud to honor those who served.

Wreaths Across America is a yearly program dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans. Last weekend, New Albany High School NJROTC cadets participated in the ceremony at New Albany National Cemetery, placing wreaths in remembrance of those who served. Cadet Matthew Ruckman and Cadet AJ Suzano proudly represented their unit in this act of respect and gratitude.

Thank you to our Vogt employees who sponsored wreaths this holiday season and helped ensure these heroes are remembered.

Meet our new hire, Brian Palompo!

1. What’s your educational background?
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, University of Florida

2. What do you do for Vogt and what does it entail?
My role involves checking HRSG assembly and component drawings for the Aftermarket team.

3. What work experience do you have that helped you get this role?
I have extensive CAD experience, particularly in Inventor, Solidworks, and AutoCAD.

4. What are 3 things you’d like to share about you?
Recently moved to Louisville with my wife and 2 young kids. I love to spend time with them, exploring a new city.
I like to spend my free time lifting weights and playing video games.
I’m a big Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
