Jesse Bray to Lead Quantum Enterprises, Honoring Legacy and Driving Future Growth
Louisville, KY – October 2, 2025 – Quantum Enterprises, Inc., a Louisville-based construction and environmental services leader, has officially been acquired by Jesse Bray, a seasoned professional in real estate acquisition and development, and a close group of local investors. This transition marks both a continuation of Quantum Enterprises’ strong legacy and an exciting new chapter for the company’s growth. The new ownership ensures stability for employees and customers while honoring the legacy of longtime owner John Austin. Mr. Bray will begin serving as President and CEO immediately.
The company’s roots run deep with the Bray family. Twenty years ago, Jesse’s father joined Quantum Enterprises to launch its construction division, and Jesse himself worked with the company in 2001 and 2002. Jesse remained close with founder John Austin, often sharing the goal of one day carrying the company forward. Following John’s passing last year, his wife, Jennifer Austin, admirably stepped into the role of President in addition to her existing role as the company's CEO.
