Louisville Dryer Company partnered with a company in Illinois to replace their #3 dryer shell after an on-site evaluation determined the existing unit was well beyond its useful life.
Working closely with plant personnel, Louisville Dryer Company engineered a new dryer to fit the existing system configuration while reusing the current burner and incorporating customer-requested internal design features.
After collaborative planning, streamlined fabrication, and careful coordination with the installer, the new dryer shell was completed ahead of schedule and installed in record time.
Only 56 hours from removal of the old unit to first fire of the new dryer.
