meals for neighbors facing food insecurity — part of a nationwide effort to pack more than 17 million meals across 51 cities in a single day.

From Intern to Impact: Taking It to The Next Level ✨

As summer comes to a close, we’re celebrating Tyler Pickens, our Quality & Supply Chain Intern, and the impact he made at Dant Clayton.

Throughout his internship, Tyler jumped into real-world projects—helping strengthen our cycle-counting processes, developing tools and documentation, exploring opportunities for automation, and gaining hands-on experience across both our office and manufacturing operations.

Tyler brought curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a fresh perspective to every challenge. More importantly, his contributions created resources and improvements our team will continue building on long after his internship.

After more than 22 years of dedication, creativity, and design expertise, we're celebrating the retirement of Ron Cross, Senior Designer at Dant Clayton.

Throughout his career, Ron helped bring countless sports venues to life, leaving a lasting impact on projects, teammates, and the communities that gather in the facilities he helped design. Known for his professionalism, humility, and unwavering commitment to doing his best, Ron embodied the values that make Dant Clayton special.

As Ron begins his next chapter, we wish him many rounds of golf, exciting travels, home projects, and unforgettable moments cheering on his grandsons and his beloved Indiana Hoosiers.
