We're proud to share the completion of The Vista at Origin Park, where Joseph & Joseph Architects served as both the architect and interior designer.

Set within the transformative 430-acre Origin Park development, this 14,000 SF event venue was designed to connect guests to the landscape, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling views of the Ohio River, Indiana limestone, exposed glulam wood structure, and natural materials reflect the site's evolving character and celebrate the park's remarkable transformation from former industrial land into a destination for recreation, events, and community gathering.

Congratulations to River Heritage Conservancy and the entire project team on creating a venue that not only hosts memorable events, but also helps support the long-term vision of Origin Park.

The $20 million venue is one of the first major pieces of the massive Southern Indiana park project.

Honored to see the dedication of the new Kentucky Historical Marker recognizing the Mammoth Life Insurance Company and Walnut Street’s significance to Black Louisville.

Joseph & Joseph is proud to have played a role in this history, having designed and constructed the six-story Mammoth Life Insurance Building in 1922. The building served as a gateway to Walnut Street and stood as an important symbol of economic growth, entrepreneurship, and community for decades.

It is meaningful to see this story recognized and preserved as part of Louisville’s history.

Joseph and Joseph is honored to be serving as the architect and interior designer for this exciting downtown revitalization project in Gainesboro, Tennessee. Thoughtful restoration and adaptive reuse projects like this create new energy for historic communities while preserving their character and story.

We are proud to support the vision for Gainesboro alongside an incredible project team and continue growing our work from our Nashville office.

Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of April 2026 The effort is clear. Gainesboro wants a new life and long-term economic activity in the town. The anchor to that reconstruction is the Cordell Hotel (formerly the Shamrock Hotel) restoration project on the town’s square. Leading the way w...

We are honored to be the architect and interior designer on the West End Gin project in Louisville. This visionary $6.7M destination blends hospitality, craft distilling, and community impact featuring immersive botanical experiences, gathering spaces, and a design language inspired by the historic Quinn Chapel Church. We’re proud to support Stacey and Dawn Wade as they invest in West Louisville’s future through innovation, culture, and opportunity.

"This is no disrespect. I love bourbon for the city. But this is not that. This is an experience of botanicals and craft."

Being named to Travel + Leisure’s Best New Hotels of 2026 is an incredible honor for The Trail Hotel!

Located along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, the project celebrates one of the region’s most important cultural and economic drivers. The design reflects the craft, landscape, and storytelling of the bourbon experience. It creates a place that connects guests to the distilleries, the land, and the heritage behind the trail.
