Recreational facilities like the Louisville Dive Center take heavier daily traffic than most commercial buildings. Finishes and mechanical systems have to hold up to that pace, and the building envelope needs to perform when it's packed with people and gear. Building for durability up front costs less than repairing wear and tear year after year.
