Great products start with taking care of the people who build them, and over the years, Zoeller has made real changes on the Assembly floor to do exactly that.

Push-button gauges. Battery-operated gland nut tools. Lift assists. Process changes big and small, all designed with one goal: making the job easier on the people doing it.

One example says it all. Assemblers used to have to flip an entire pump upside down just to attach the base, a task that put real strain on their bodies, shift after shift. So we changed the process.

Now the base goes on earlier, before that heavy lifting is ever necessary.
