Our Wash Department cleans approximately 4,000 parts every shift—nearly 8,000 parts every day—helping ensure components are ready for assembly.

Just as important is what happens after the cleaning process. Wastewater is processed through an evaporator that removes tramp oils before the remaining water is sent for proper, safe disposal. It's all part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing and building products you can count on.

Zoeller’s NEW Pivot Pak IS makes ANY Pivot Control Panel installation intrinsically safe.

Standard Pivot Panels deliver 120 volts to the float switch inputs. The Pivot Pak IS is an independent accessory designed to reduce the float switch voltage to a level below the threshold for ignition, creating an intrinsically safe installation.

Now you can stock any standard Pivot Series Control Panel and convert it to a hazardous duty panel with this simple accessory. The Pivot Pak IS MUST be installed in a general-purpose area.

In 2021, Zoeller upgraded the Wash Department with new equipment that made a significant ergonomic improvement for our team. Before the upgrade, employees manually lifted baskets of parts weighing up to 85 pounds into wash and rinse tanks throughout the day.

Today, parts are simply loaded into the front of the washer, cleaned automatically, and exit the other side with every hole thoroughly blown out and ready for the next step in production.
