A clean cut is the difference between a 2-day delay and staying on schedule. 🏗️

In structural modification, “standard” demolition is often too much of a liability. Excessive vibration and uncontrolled mess can halt production for the entire site.

At AK Services, we provide a more precise, low-impact solution. Our wire sawing and core drilling methods are designed to minimize disturbance to the surrounding structure.

While no construction work is completely silent or dust-free, our specialized equipment ensures a significantly cleaner, safer, and faster result. 🛠️

Keep your project moving forward without the unnecessary risks of blunt-force demo.

A "minor" leak in a wastewater treatment plant is never actually minor. 💧

Over time, active water infiltration leads to rebar corrosion and compromises the structural integrity of the entire facility.

For this local plant, excavation wasn't an option, and downtime had to be non-existent.

🌟 We used a high-pressure urethane injection to create a permanent, flexible seal from the inside out.

The result? The leak is stopped, the concrete is protected, and the facility didn't have to stop operations for a single hour.

This is how we handle critical infrastructure: professional, precise, and minimal mess. 🛠️

If you are managing a facility with moisture issues or structural cracks, let's get it fixed before it becomes a major liability.

Not every contractor does this right. 🔩

Concrete injection sounds straightforward.
But the wrong product, wrong technique, or wrong team?
It makes the problem worse, not better.

Before you hire anyone for injection work, ask these 3 questions.

1️⃣ Do you know which product to use?

2️⃣ Have you done this in active environments?

3️⃣ Can you guarantee the repair?

We can answer all three.

At AK Services, we specialize in epoxy and urethane injection for complex, technical environments.
Precision repair, done right the first time. ⚙️

This is wall sawing: a diamond blade mounted on a guided track system that cuts through reinforced concrete with precision. 🪚

The sparks you’re seeing are from the blade hitting heavy rebar inside the wall. Completely normal. Completely controlled. ⚡️

Wall sawing is used when the cut has to be flat, straight, and accurate: in tight spaces, active job sites, and complex structures where standard equipment can’t operate.

This particular job was inside a wastewater treatment plant, where confined conditions and heavy rebar made it a job for specialists only. 💯

What makes it safe isn’t just the equipment. It’s the planning. The track has to be anchored correctly, the cut has to be mapped out, and the team has to know how to read the structure before the blade ever touches it.

That’s exactly what we do on every job.

Concrete problems don't always mean full replacement.

Most of the time, there's an injection for that.

Active water leak coming through your wall? Urethane injection seals it from the inside — even while water is actively flowing.

Crack compromising your structure? Epoxy injection bonds both sides back together, restoring the concrete to near-original strength.

Dealing with a below-grade concrete vault that won’t stop leaking groundwater? Chemical grout forms a grout curtain, binding the surrounding soil along the exterior of the structure to create an effective water barrier.

Leaking joint or seam? Urethane or chemical grout injection seals it from the inside and stops further deterioration.

Swipe through for the full breakdown — and save this one for the next time someone asks you what concrete injection actually does.

Ever seen a wall saw in action?

That's a diamond blade mounted on a track system, cutting through reinforced concrete with sparks flying — in a confined space inside a wastewater treatment plant.

Wall sawing is one of the most precise cutting methods in concrete work.

It's used when the cut has to be flat, straight, and accurate — through walls, floors, and ceilings, even when heavy rebar is in the way.

Swipe to learn what it is, where it's used, and why it takes a specialist to do it right.

This entire wall has to come down.

But before a wiresaw even touches it, we drill.

4-inch holes. 5 feet deep. Through concrete packed with rebar.

Every hole has to be exactly right before we make the cut — position, depth, angle. This is the prep work that makes the big move possible.

The cut gets the attention. But this is where the job is won.

Before a wiresaw can cut a wall in half, 3 things have to happen first.

Swipe to see the full prep process 👉

Marking the cut line. Drilling the access holes. Verifying every single depth and angle.

4-inch holes. 5 feet deep. Through a wall packed with rebar.

This is the work that happens before the big cut — and it's what makes the big cut possible.
