Installed this cool pendant light fixture, replacing a much older light that was long past its time. Plaster ceilings are always a little finicky to work with but even so this ended up only costing the client an hour of labor.

Original hardwood floors in this 1800’s home were trashed from decades of neglect. This project took some work but, as you can see, the floors were able to be saved and brought back to their original beauty. Note that all of these photos are of the living room. Before, during sanding/staining & original color choice, and finally the finished result with neutral colors throughout the house. This was a rewarding one for sure!

Older faucet had developed a leak that eventually became a steady stream. Over time these little seals and springs can wear out, leading to these types of leaks. Replaced the seals and the leak was fixed. About an hour of labor and $15-20 in parts.

We love this stuff.

Previous contractor left a long saw mark in the hardwood floor of this bedroom. Thankfully part of their work involved removing several large sections of hardwood from the adjoining room, we were able to come in and remove the damaged boards, then install the left over original wood from the other project. After some thorough sanding, staining, and polyurethane the bedroom is looking brand new again.

We love this stuff.
