Why would we do this when it costs more to manufacture?

Department Of Energy Requires a Minimum Insulation Value of R32 in all commercial walk-in Freezers.

Pressurized Foamed in Place Polyurethane has an R value of 7R / inch of material. Which mean 4" walls can only have a R28 rating.

Our standard 5" Freezer walls meet and exceed D.O.E. requirements! @ R35!!
