We are excited to announce that Ventora Construction Group has been awarded the VOA Community Care Campus - Partner Space Renovation project for Volunteers of America Mid-States.

Located at 225 East Breckinridge Street in the heart of Louisville, KY, this project represents a transformative structural overhaul of a former performance venue. We are honored to serve as a steward of VOA's mission-driven funds, utilizing a Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method designed to maximize community impact.

Project Highlights:

Major Renovation: Includes the full removal of the existing mezzanine to make way for a new steel and concrete second-story structural deck.
Modernized Facilities: Construction of approximately 24,052 SF of new administrative offices, training spaces and meeting rooms.
Strategic Impact: Implementing a rigorous Direct Purchase Order (DPO) workflow to maximize VOA’s tax-exempt status, ensuring every donor dollar is optimized.

Our team, led by Project Executive Shawn Rankin, Senior Construction Manager Bradford Piatt and Superintendent Nick Duffey is eager to begin work this spring. This project is not just about building a structure; it's about building the infrastructure for long-term community impact in our home city.

We are thrilled to announce that Ventora Construction Group has been awarded the construction contract for THE PADDOCKS OF FRANKFORT RETAIL BUILDING!

Located on Vandalay Drive in Frankfort, KY, this 13,826 square foot project involves the construction of a new retail shell building. We are excited to collaborate with the fantastic team at Studio A Architecture to bring this project to life.
