He’s here to help spread smiles and positivity during the Heart Improvement Plan. You’ll spot him around 4th Street, reminding everyone that Downtown Loveland businesses are open, welcoming, and ready for you!
Keep an eye out — you might see him dressed up for the holidays, lending a helping hand to our construction crews, or posing for selfies with visitors.
