🚧 A Playful Moment at TANCO Engineering🚧

At TANCO Engineering, safety is always our top priority — but every now and then, a little fun sneaks its way onto the job.

This week, we welcome a “future teammate” who takes PPE awareness very seriously… even if the hard hat is currently doubling as a personal lounge chair.

While she’s not quite ready for the field, she reminds us that teamwork is strengthened by the moments that bring us together.

As we like to say, “Teamwork makes the dream work… but it definitely helps when the team includes someone this adorable keeping everyone in line.”

We’re excited to welcome back Adam Tussey Sr. as our returning Operations Manager at TANCO Engineering!

Adam is an experienced BCSP-certified safety and operations leader with a strong background in the Commercial Building sector and Oil & Gas Industry, specializing in Above Ground Storage Tank repair and new tank construction—always prioritizing safety and quality.

His certifications include BCSP-STSC, OSHA 30, OSHA 3015, API-TES, and PADEP AFMX, and he brings extensive skills in tank er****on and repair, process and procedure development, customer service, and procurement.

We’re thrilled to have Adam’s expertise and leadership back on the team!
