Dominant Dirtwork is looking to hire a working supervisor for the Northern Colorado area. The purpose of the supervisor at Dominant Dirtwork is to manage the job site, maintain a safe working environment for our teammates, customers and public, and to be accountable for quality, productivity and costs.
Job Requirements:
* Review plans and permits
* Establish daily crew goals
* Communicate with customers and Project Manager
* Assign job duties
* Monitor Progress
* Evaluate Teammates' performance and provide coaching
* Complete daily paperwork (i.e. daily reports, safety sheets, timesheets etc.)
* Trenching, Excavation and Wet Utilities knowledge
* Experience in operating equipment (i.e. Excavators, loaders, dozers, skids and various other excavation equip)
* Experience in Water, Sewer and Storm Utilities installation
* Good driving record
* Problem solving ability
* Strong work ethic/team player attitude
* Typical work day is 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday -- Friday. However, additional hours and/or Saturdays may be necessary.
Requirements:
Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to lift 50+lbs.
Ability to work in all weather.
Punctual and reliable.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Construction Foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000 - $90,000 per year
