Rain slowed down roofing work at Front Range Community College’s Westminster Campus, but Colorado sure needs it.

With the new EPDM roof in place, we are glad the building is protected while the weather rolls through. Roofing projects always have to work around the forecast, and Superior Roofing, Inc. did a great job helping us stay on schedule despite the rain.

Thanks to the FRCC team and Superior Roofing. We look forward to the next phase, rain or shine.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at DS Constructors!

Today we’re thanking the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, and mother figures who support our families, our crews, and our community every day. Whether they’re managing busy households, helping with homework after long workdays, or cheering us on through early mornings and late nights, we appreciate everything they do.

We hope all the moms out there get some time to relax and enjoy the weekend with family.

Quick Spring Break upgrade

We wrapped up a quick renovation at Front Range Community College's Larimer Campus Café over Spring Break, while students were away. New service windows and updated counters are already making a difference, giving the kitchen more capacity to serve cooked food options for students and faculty. We always enjoy partnering with local institutions that directly impact the community, and we’re glad to support FRCC on another project.

We replaced a basic hand sink with a three-station, hospital-grade stainless steel sterilization sink—giving Front Range Community College nursing students the hands-on training environment they deserve.

A Great Space for a Great Cause.

We’re excited to be nearing completion on a new outreach center for CHILL, LLC right here in Loveland.

This new space is designed to support CHILL’s mission of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through skill building, independence, and self-advocacy. From the large new windows that bring in natural light to the thoughtfully designed training kitchen, every element was built to support learning, growth, and community connection.

It’s been an honor to help create a facility that will serve as a foundation for inclusion, opportunity, and meaningful impact in Northern Colorado. We’re looking forward to seeing this space come to life as CHILL continues its important work in the community.
