Digital Twins for Manufacturers: What Are They and Why Do They Matter?

Are your motors using more energy than they need to?

Many industrial motors run at full speed all day, even when the process doesn't require it.

That's where Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) can make a difference.

A VFD allows a motor to speed up or slow down based on actual demand rather than operating at 100% all the time. For applications like pumps, fans, conveyors, and compressors, this can lead to significant energy savings while maintaining the performance needed to keep production moving.
