Was able to get this pond dam fixed up! The Out flow pipe was broke,rusted and leaking along with the damn itself. Got a new out flow installed along with the inside of the dam all sealed up. Then got rid of all the trees and bush which is a big no no for a pond dam

Got to work with Catoctin Property Services on this wooded lot clean up. Took down three scrub trees and one medium size dead tree along with a ton of rocks and a few stumps.

Got this pond back to its beautiful look. The Old metal out flow pipe was rusted and corroded leaking bad as they all do eventually. Cut the dam open and removed it. Replaced it with double wall plastic pipe with a great trash rack to block any big debris from causing any problems in the future. she’s full and looking amazing.

Finished up this big ole pad today. A lot of dirt was brought in to get this level. 7ft fill at the deepest fill. Compacted every 2 foot to help with the material settling in the future. Then topped it with 300 tons of stone. Graded and rolled to a lazer grade
