A licensed GC has met state and local requirements for experience and trade knowledge, insurance and bonding requirements, and testing and competency standards.

An unlicensed contractor may have the ability, but may lack proper insurance, knowledge of local building codes, and potentially unsafe work. This can lead to insurance claims, failed inspections, or difficulty selling the home.

From finished basements and feature walls to rough carpentry, we do it all!
This customer had a sinking and sagging floor and needed to be 100% straight and level with no inconsistencies for the cabinet installers. We stripped out all existing cabinets, drywall for electrician access, 4 layers and years of add on flooring and un-needed weight, leveled, and installed new subflooring for them to complete their kitchen project! Even moved all their appliances to a safe location ( after an arduous fridge disassembly)until the kitchen project was complete!

Remember, these are given out to the person referring us to a new customer as long as it turns into a signed contract. Send us a message with your info, who you referred us to, how you heard about us, and we will personally deliver the gift card to you. The larger the project, the more extra $$ in your pocket for dinner, gas, groceries, or whatever you choose!!

Not all General Contractors allow the customer to supply their own materials. Most times, we get better pricing through our suppliers and relationships developed than a homeowner paying msrp and is directly reflected in the final cost. And yes, hiring a GC does cost more since they are managing your entire project and coordinating the right people to get it done.

This customer sourced their own COREtec Floors flooring through The Floor 4U . Thanks Matt Pehr for working with them and alleviating the stress of selecting the correct product for their basement and usage requirements!
