Gary Campbell-Candidate NAHB 3rd VC 2025 Gary Campbell is the Principal Owner of Campbell Communities in Lowell MA Gary Campbell is a Candidate for the office of NAHB Third Vice Chairman in 2025.

He has been an active member of the Federation since 1995 but a little known fact is that Gary's Dad is a founding member of the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts! He has held the office of NAC (National Area Chair) for Area 1 from 2021-2024; organized yearly meetings; Chaired NAHB Housing Finance Committee '22-'23; Co-Chaired Member Mortgage Roundtable '22-'24; Chaired Multifamily Counci

l Board of Trustees '18-'20; Active Member of Federal Governmental Affairs; Member of the NAHB 55+ Housing Industry Council; Member of the Climate Change Task Force and Member of the Electrification Task Force. Gary served as the President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Massachusetts 201-2018. He worked closely with the member lead board the through their restructuring process, including establishing a State Association as a separate entity, recruiting a new Executive Officer, hiring a new management/administrative company, raising new money and recruiting new members. Gary also served his local Association the Northeast Builders Association as President in 2015-2016 and worked with the Executive Officer to increase membership, sponsorship to help the local to become financially solvent. He also severed as the Past President of the Apartment Association of New Hampshire and member of the Massachusetts Apartment Association.
