HVAC Service Technician – Entry Level Welcome
Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our HVAC team. Experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you’re mechanically inclined, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn a skilled trade, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Help install heating and air conditioning equipment
• Learn proper troubleshooting techniques from experienced technicians
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Mechanically inclined
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Weekends and on-call work as needed. 
HVAC experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated and eager to build a long-term career.
