Earl's Plumbing, Heating & Air Owners Earl Haralson and Chuck Hall. Both born and raised in Lubbock and both graduates of Texas Tech Together they all are committed to community involvement.

Earl’s dad (David Haralson) has owned a local plumbing business for almost 40 years and has been committed to excellence. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Earl attended Asbury Seminary for 2 years. He later returned to Lubbock with 20 years of experience in plumbing and got his Master's license in 2004. His dream was to follow in his dad’s footsteps and build a family business based on

the principles of integrity, quality, and respect. Crissy supported Earl’s dream by helping him to get started in the early years. They started a family and Crissy worked by keeping the books for the expanding business and now oversees the sales and marketing. Two years later Chuck and Niki Hall joined the business as partners. Niki and Crissy are sisters and Chuck and Earl are best friends. Chuck has a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and now acts as the Vice President. Niki retired from dental hygiene in 2010 to come work full-time in the office overseeing payroll and billing. Through Earl’s Plumbing, Heating and Air they have been able to donate plumbing materials and services to help those in need maintain their home. They have generously contributed to local organizations and ministries in town. From its humble beginnings in a home office to a truly "family owned and operated" company, Earl’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has become a successful and respected business in Lubbock. This is due to support from loyal customers and the core values upon which they founded their company and continue to operate it. Recently, Earl's has expanded the plumbing, heating & air operations to include a home construction department, a water softener department, and our newest department - appliance repair. Earl’s welcomes the opportunity to assist you with all of your needs at your home or office and looks forward to a continuing relationship... for generations to come!

Yesterday, one of our company vehicles was involved in an accident. One of our trucks was hit from the side when the other vehicle involved in the accident ran a red light. Our truck was knocked out of the lane and then flipped over on the side. We are incredibly grateful to share that our team member and the other party involved are safe and doing okay.

This incident serves as an important reminder of how quickly things can change on the road. We encourage everyone to stay alert, drive safely, and look out for one another.

We appreciate the support and concern from our community—it truly means a lot to us. 💙
