"Red" Adams, Adams Paint Company has been manufacturing paint and coatings in West Texas ever since. Our APCO Coatings brand consists of a broad range of products including cost effective alkyd enamels and primers, highly chemical resistant tank linings, high performance acrylic polyurethanes, 100% solids epoxies and polyurea. Our products are the result of six decades of industry experience built

upon both laboratory testing and real world . Our understanding of all aspects of the coating job, from surface prep, application equipment and service environments ensure APCO coatings are engineered to stand the test of time. Key raw materials such as resins and curing agents are sourced only from industry leading suppliers and are all domestically produced. Rigid quality control standards ensure consistency batch after batch. We strive to be a one-stop shop for your industrial paint and coatings needs. To complement APCO paints and coatings, we stock the other essential items necessary to complete your project. Products include spray and blasting equipment, abrasives, respirators and protective coveralls just to name a few. We even provide custom-filled aerosol paints, making future touch-up work and small jobs convenient and fast. Plus, we have factory trained technicians on staff for Graco and Binks spray equipment. In 1955 M.L. "Red" Adams founded Adams Paint Company. Red came to Lubbock from New Boston in Bowie County Texas. He was a painter by trade before he began making and selling it. He was active in the business into the 90's. We still have customers today that trusted what he told them. In the 80's through early 2010's Red's two sons Jerry and Jim ran the business. Currently Red's grandsons John, Ron and Jim run the day to day operations. Red left us in early 2001, but he now has great grandchildren who are the 4th generation of family being trained to carry on his beliefs in excellent service, quality products and the knowledge of this trade. But it wasn't The Adams Family alone who got us here. First and foremost we recognize the many important employees who have and continue to contribute to this success. We have also had so many great vendor partners that have supplied us with products and raw materials. Without quality employees and vendors we wouldn't be able to thank our countless customers who have placed their trust in us. You've seen our paints and coatings on homes, farm and gin equipment, commercial buildings and oilfield equipment all over this area and beyond. This area has supported us so much and for that we are truly grateful. Millions of gallons of paint have passed through our doors since Red opened them and we're working hard everyday to make sure we provide many millions more.

At the end 2021 we were fortunate to become a dealer for TriTech Industries Inc. This great company has a great American made product. We love the rugged and reliable all stainless steel and aluminum construction. Contractors love the consistent spray pressure, and the rock solid dependability built into this equipment. We believe in this product and we back it with our in house service and repair center. We have a sprayer in stock to meet almost any size job you can imagine, from spraying a few gallons in a remodel job to thousands of gallons of a major commercial project. Adams Paint is proud to represent this awesome product line and the company that produces it right here in the USA!
