Good evening H&H family! Haven’t posted in awhile as it’s just been the usual day to day stuff but when some night work comes along we figured we do a quick post. This has been on the back burner for quite some time and the day finally came to put it together! We partnered up with a rather large company running a highway crew to bring this project to reality. Two phase project for us. First phase: half mile of road to install. Large parking area attached to approach and entrance. Second phase: large work area 640x550, access road and more parking. Will commence 30 days from this project. Nature has a flood zone in this so we took that into consideration and off we went! Changed our grades to allow flow to continue but not compromise the project in the future. Hauled in and processed roughly 2300 tons of grindings in 5 nights. Completed our final grade on day 6. All in all we are happy with the first phase and beyond proud of all that helped with this! A lot of hand work involved and switching to night shift isn’t easy.

After three years of stand by, 9 months of permitting/change orders we finally got our second batch of geotech samples for a project we started three years ago. Still have some test sites to go at a later time but it was a nice change of pace. Always have a good crew when working with these guys so it made for good days!

Good evening everybody! It’s that time of year to bring on the holiday spirit and spread some cheer! We would first like to apologize for being absent for a couple of months with posting anything. H&H has been hard at it and the days just got away from us! Now to bring in the holidays and offer some cheer we’d like to give back! We’ll be offering some H&H Dirtworks swag soon, a firewood giveaway, thanksgiving meals to a few In need and possibly a give away of our services to a lucky recipient! Another fun one! Haven’t posted anything in awhile so we apologize for that, just been really busy getting through it! Number 4 septic completed! Two units tied into one same as the last just different design. Roughly 140’ of main line into a 1500 gal/ tank tied into 225’ of leach line. Very detailed system here and a lot of laser time to make it all work. Came out beautiful! Passed inspection and back filled!

This was definitely a site we’ll always remember! Having all the animals with us while we worked was just plain awesome!...

This was definitely a site we’ll always remember! Having all the animals with us while we worked was just plain awesome! This is a pad for a barn that will get installed soon! Was actually an L shaped barn but we chose to just make it a square pad so they’ll have a compacted area to park in or store hay. We excavated a 65x60 area and did our compaction process throughout. It called for 90% which we achieved. We never know what will come in next but we’re always ready!

Wrapped up another new construction a couple weeks ago! (Haven’t posted in awhile so our apologies! It’s been a very busy season). Finally got to come in and wrap up all of our finish grades! Handwork, laser work and a retention pond and off we went! Was a fun couple of days watching this site come to a close. We start one 5 lots down soon so stay tuned for that one!

Number three of 12 has been installed, inspected and ready for backfill! These 12 all have unique challenges to overcome per each site but no challenge is to great for H&H to handle. This particular site had to subex around 270 yds of material before any excavations per septic could take place. Due to lack of space, said materials had to be moved three specific occasions to complete the install. 1500 gallon tank, two main lines from adjacent units and 174’ of leach.
