As the year comes to a close, we just want to say thank you.

Insulating homes in a state with tough and ever-changing codes isn’t always simple—or cheap. This year, we stayed focused on what we’ve done for 35 years: staying educated, thinking creatively, and finding smart, code-compliant ways to save our customers money without cutting corners.

We’ve never been a big social media company. Our business has grown the old-fashioned way—through quality work, trust, and word of mouth. But heading into next year, one of our goals is to share more of what we do and the work we’re proud of, so you’ll be seeing more from us here.

Description of Work

- Install insulation in primarily new construction homes. Insulation products consist of mostly fiberglass and cellulose.
- Load and unload materials at warehouse and job site.
- Job hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30am to roughly 3:30-4pm. If unable to work these hours Monday through Friday please do not apply.

Job Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable. This means showing up to work every day and on time.
- Must be determined to work. Our company is looking for someone who has the drive to learn and grow within our company.
- Must be able to tolerate work in different weather. Our job is year round, we work in the summer when it is hot and in the winter when it is cold.
- Must be okay with physical labor. Our job is in the construction industry, we are looking for someone who does not mind doing physical labor.
- Experience in either construction or insulation is recommended but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for a long term hire as there is room to grow within our company.

Pay is based off of experience.
