Today marks the 1-year anniversary of Monday Morning Breakfast! 🎉

▪️Dalton discussed Galatians 5 and the fruit of the Spirit—what those qualities should look like in the way we live and treat others.

▪️Mr. Jimmie reminded everyone to be mindful of those around us—picking up after ourselves, doing our part, and taking care of one another.

▪️Corey challenged us to go beyond simply working alongside each other and to actually care about one another—to be intentional, check in, and build genuine relationships.

A pretty fitting message after a full year of breakfast and discussion every Monday morning : be intentional, take care of each other, and let the fruit of the Spirit show in the way we treat the people around us.

Happy Birthday, Andrew Earls! 🎉🥳

Andrew is one of those guys you can always count on in the shop.
He handles the welding and fabrication on our boathouses, keeps them on schedule, and is always willing to learn new ways to improve. He also builds our custom gates, keeps the shop clean, and jumps in to help Jimmy and Harold with whatever needs to get done — no hesitation.
That kind of attitude makes a real difference around here, and we’re grateful to have him on the team.

Happy Monday!

▪️ Dalton discussed building each other up instead of tearing down, and giving praise where it’s due.

▪️ Mr. Jimmie’s safety topic was wear the correct safety items for the jobs, and also be humble and don’t get angry when someone tells you you’re doing something in an unsafe way.

▪️ Corey discussed conduct, and being the best in our service industry to our customers.

We also had two August birthdays to celebrate!
