Funny timing on this one.

The system on the right was one of the very first installs we did after branding ourselves as Brennen’s Air Conditioning & Heating about 1.5 years ago.

The one on the left was installed Monday, just days before the new vans get wrapped.

Just because there’s an AC system there doesn’t mean it’s set up the best way.

This one in New Orleans had the unit sitting on the ground, blocking the alley and taking up valuable space. We mounted a side discharge system up off the ground to open that area back up and give the homeowner a cleaner, more practical setup.

There’s usually a better way to do it, you just have to know what to look for.

Right now we’re offering up to $2,000 off high-efficiency variable speed system upgrades — $1,500 off the system, plus an additional $500 when replacing ductwork at the same time. This offer is only available through the start of summer!

If your system is in a bad location, struggling to keep up, or just getting up there in age, now’s a good time to take care of it before summer hits.

This system had reached the end of its life.

We replaced it with a new system installed on a raised aluminum stand to keep it off the ground and protected.

Custom aluminum stands by Graywood Fabrication are currently included with new systems this spring (where applicable).

Serviced both of these units recently, and they’re still running strong for their age.

Responded to a late-night service call for a system that wasn’t cooling and found the compressor had failed.

At that point, repair didn’t make sense, so we helped the homeowner move forward with a new system.

The new setup will run more efficiently, provide better comfort, and be far more reliable long-term.
