FORWARD FRIDAY

Today we talked about growth, teamwork, shared our highs and lows for the week, and welcomed aboard a new technician.

Brandon, our incredible owner, did a great job leading the meeting today and got everyone involved and kept them engaged. We are growing not only as a business or a team, but as individuals.

We have had many changes the past few months, but we are finally headed FORWRD. Forward with this team and forward with our goals (both professional and personal). We are not looking back or holding on to the past, but excited about the future and the changes happening.

Last week we welcomed Brent to our team as a technician. He has exceeded any expectations we have had and blown his first week out of the water. We know he is one of our biggest catches and are so grateful to have him on our team. If you are lucky enough to meet him, you are in for a treat. He is effortlessly funny and is full of HVAC knowledge. Know you are in good hands with him.

Forward Friday: The Great Rollercoaster Misunderstanding

Today was a little different than our usual Forward Friday, but breakfast was still eaten, important topics were still covered, and there were definitely some belly-rolling laughs!

Keith is known around here as our not-so-shy, doesn’t-embarrass-easily guy, so we decided to put that to the test.

We told Keith to give us his best impression of riding a rollercoaster while everyone else tried to guess what he was acting out.

What Keith didn’t know was that everyone in the room thought he was acting out a very unfortunate bathroom emergency.

You know… a Code Brown. 💩🚨🤣

Needless to say, the room absolutely LOST IT.
Poor Keith was just over there living his best rollercoaster life while the rest of us were watching a completely different performance.

It was the perfect way to start our Friday with lots of laughs!
Keith, you officially receive our unofficial OFFICIAL award for Best Actor at The Big Fish! 🎬👏
