We are Hiring.
We are looking for savvy individuals with an attention to detail and a strong work ethic to assist us in our epoxy and concrete restoration projects.
Most of our projects only last 2-3 days, so we will be at a different job site very often. This means we spend a lot of time driving to different jobs and we almost always spend some time outside every day.
We prefer to book residential projects, but we do occasionally work on commercial jobs.
We like to keep a clean and positive working environment. We have a great crew now and we are looking for someone who can compliment our current employees.
This is a long term position. Most of our employees stay with us for many years. We value and appreciate all of our employees, and we need someone that not only fits our needs as a business, but will work well with our current crew.
You don’t need experience, but you do need to be happy, curious, optimistic, and coachable. We want someone that is willing to learn, but also willing to teach once you learn and understand our methods.
This is an hourly position. Sometimes we work 30 hours weeks, and other times we work 40 + overtime.
