Requirements:
-Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
-Driver's license and personal transportation to job site each day is a must.
-Knowledge in current building practices and local building codes
-Ability to handle repetitive tasks, as well as intricate customization
-Knowledge of proper historical restoration practices is a plus.
-Desire for consistent work and longevity (40 hrs/wk. consistently)
-Ability to work effectively and amicably with a team, or alone, as needed.
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
-Attentiveness to cleanliness and job site organization is a must

All exterior finish work is completed on the turret - time for paint! There's roughly 14-16 different levels of trim detail on the upper section, almost all of which, we replaced...got dizzying going around it so many times. 🙃

Finished full structural re-frame of upper turret knee wall 😁💪🏽🔨

On the last two sections of the re-frame...2-3 opposing sections at a time - a ton of climbing, hoisting, and logistics and she is stable again 😁
