We will train the right person. Pay is dependent on experience and ethic. Must have a license to drive and be at work at 7am Monday thru Friday.

We are needing basic construction labor and a lead person. We are mostly industrial construction and will be working in plants and factories in the Mid-Tenn area. Applicant must have knowledge in General commercial/industrial construction. Will be working in factory and commercial settings as well as some residential. Coordinating with owners and reps and adhering to their standards and safety procedures is a must. Knowledge of concrete work, commercial buildings, basic construction equipment, carpentry and some metalwork (welding) is a must. Applicant will be responsible for running a small crew and working with them. Basically, a working lead. Other duties will be keeping a timesheet with job numbers and descriptions.
A valid driver's license is required. Hours are generally 7am - 3:30 pm. Pay will be based upon experience and performance.
General work areas are Shelbyville, TN, Tullahoma TN and the surrounding areas. Occasionally jobs will be further out but this is rare.
