🌟 Employee Recognition: Jessica Andrews | Fleet Specialist 🌟

Growth is exciting—but staying organized, compliant, and efficient behind the scenes is what makes sustainable growth possible.

This week, we’re proud to recognize Jessica Andrews, AndPower’s Fleet Specialist, for the incredible work she does every day to keep our fleet operations moving forward.

Jessica works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our equipment remains DOT compliant, fleet expenses are accurately tracked, documentation stays organized, and our records remain clean and up to date. As AndPower has continued to grow this year, so has the complexity of managing our fleet—and Jessica has played an important role in helping us streamline processes and maintain organization through that growth.

And somehow, her work ethic doesn’t stop there!

Outside of AndPower, Jessica is a work-from-home mom who also works two additional jobs while raising two incredible sons. She balances it all with an incredible level of dedication, responsibility, positivity, and determination.

She is truly the definition of a superwoman. 💪

The 2026 S.E.E. Annual Conference provided valuable insight into the priorities shaping the utility industry. We obtained real-time knowledge and updates surrounding grid modernization and resiliency to workforce development, technology advancements, storm readiness, and supplier strategy.

For AndPower, the conference was an opportunity to expand market intelligence, strengthen industry relationships, and collaborate with utility leaders on the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Kevin brings more than 25 years of utility industry experience spanning transmission, distribution, system maintenance, capital projects, storm restoration, safety, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale utility operations, managed complex infrastructure programs, and developed high-performing teams focused on safety, reliability, and ex*****on.

His experience includes leadership roles with American Electric Power and within the utility contracting industry, providing a unique perspective on both utility expectations and contractor performance. Kevin’s background in operational excellence, business development, safety leadership, and strategic growth further strengthens AndPower’s ability to serve utilities, cooperatives, and infrastructure partners across the country.

Since the start of June, AndPower has supported five storm restoration events across multiple service territories including Alabama, Michigan, Pennsylvania, & New Jersey. This brings our total to more than 21 successful storm response deployments in 2026.

With operations in Lynchburg, VA; Baltimore, MD; Chattanooga, TN; and Akron, OH, AndPower is positioned to support utilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast regions.

Good conversations, good people, and a strong turnout at the Gaff-N-Go Rodeo this year!

We appreciated the opportunity to spend time with crews, cooperatives, utilities, apprentices, and fellow line families who continue to make this industry what it is. ☺️

One of the best parts of these events is seeing how connected the line community really is — from competitors on the field to kids running around the rodeo grounds.
