KKrane During 2013, while Baldridge was experimenting with 3-D printing and “Lost PLE casting”, ideas of printing an actual building structure were born.

The KKrane process gives you design freedom in building your getaway cabin in the mountains, a hurricane proof vacation beach house, a lake house, commercial buildings or your own family home. 20 years of experience behind your next project. Understanding construction and the complications with materials and labor force, Baldridge realized an opportunity to build a new type of structure--one that

was not limited by straight lines or needing multiple crews to erect. A more energy efficient structure providing greater protection against hurricanes, tornadoes, flood damage, and fire. Concrete structures have been built for generations, but never this efficiently, allowing for precise placement layer by layer, from foundation to roof. Friends and business associates of 20 years, Sill and Baldridge met to discuss the concepts of 3-D printing in concrete and how the construction industry could utilize such a tool. KKRANE was born on this day, a new partnership blending Baldridge’s vision and construction experience, with Sill’s 25 years of innovative machine design and automation development.
