For those of you who know me I don’t need an introduction. The lucky ones who don’t, my name is Jonathan Lisojo. You may have seen my recent content. I’m the owner operator of Total Air Satisfaction. I’m a hvac technician with 17 years experience. Total Air Satisfaction is a HVAC service and maintenance provider started in 2024. But my career dates back to 2009. I started at a small mom and pop shop Werner and Vitale HVAC out of Nutley NJ, where I spent the first 14 years of my career. From there I went to school after having experience to obtain my epa. I was then called back by the trade school to come back and be an instructor for 10 years. Now I work in commercial and industrial for the last three for a bigger company and nights and weekends work for myself. Even though I no longer teach as a profession, I still mentor the younger generation and newer techs out in the field. Whether it’s with a tech support kinda phone call, or in person breakdown of how the machine works. Same goes for my clients, my value is not just in the work and service I provide. It’s the education you get when you call Total Air, that separates me from big name companies.

HVAC tactical is an organization, lifestyle brand, media platform, and industry movement dedicated to elevating the blue-collar identity of HVAC professionals. Every year, HVAC Tactical hosts an awards ceremony where they showcase pioneers, craftsmen, and social media influencers in the trade.
