Starting an exterior remodel today to tone down a very colorful older home in the middle of Panama City FL.... Also on another note I got the truck finally going so I will be able to go further out to get business a little further from the heart of the city... Finally I would like to say something that's near and dear to my heart... The past 3 or 4 jobs I've completed have been for someone if a different race as myself and I would like to thank the community for seeing my hard work, excellent over all product, and for embracing me as a person not a race or color... Values morals just rules to live by I name a few of those things because even though my life hasn't been perfect I've still managed to have three different businesses work very hard achieve overcoming diversity and adversity being not welcome into society as a full member and still making the way in this world. There's some things that me as a human being and also me as a businessman and also me as a carpenter and also me as a builder have to hold myself accountable for that being said I have to make sure I do the right thing so that I sleep well at night enough for anyone else but for that and for the safety of the people that I'm doing these services for. Some things I just can't let slide

This year hasn't been the easiest for me or all of you out there.. between trying to get back to normal,starting the business back up formally (ASAP CONSTRUCTION SERVICES)and every scammer out there giving their all to rip people off... I pride my company on the things that count in the world...finish strong,be honest and transparent,and above all else communicate with the customer...so I'm gonna take the time to explain how I do business with a potential customer...
1) I give a FREE ESTIMATE!
2)Next I write a step by step proposal and scope of work and I email it to the customer. The reason I do this is because email is forever you can't get rid of it it protects me and it protects you if I say I'm going to do something let's refer to the scope of work.. anything or any service not on the scope of work is constituted as a change order which is a separate scope of work pretty simple
3) after the work is completed then we do a walk through and I will invoice you.
4) lastly I will get paid and this is a good part I accept all forms of payment except personal checks these are the form of payment I accept...
Cashier's check money order Visa MasterCard Discover American Express venmo PayPal cash app and yes I do have a credit card machine...
I want your experience with our company to be like with one you've never had before like we say...
