We had a great time at the Lynnfield High School Career Fair! 🎓

JM Electrical has been part of the Lynnfield community for 40 years, so connecting with students from our own hometown is always a highlight. The JM Electrical team spent the day talking with students about careers in the electrical trade and the different paths available, from apprenticeships and the JATC to co-ops and project management roles.

Not every student is headed to a four-year college, and there's no one right path. Skilled trades offer paid training, strong careers, and the chance to build something you can see every day. It was great hearing what questions students had and what they're thinking about for their futures.

Thank you to Lynnfield High School for the invitation, and to all of the students who stopped by our table. We hope to see some of you on a JM Electrical jobsite down the road.

Our foremen got together at Rooftop at The Envoy in the Seaport for this year’s Foremen’s Meeting. ⚡

Our foremen are the ones keeping our jobsites running every day, and events like this give everyone a chance to step away from the day-to-day. The goal isn’t to talk about work. It’s to get together, catch up, and connect with people you may not always get to see outside of the field.

Looking out over the harbor and the Boston skyline, it was hard not to notice how much of the neighborhood and city our team has worked in over the years. After last year’s meeting at Gillette Stadium, the rooftop was a pretty great spot to follow it up.

Thank you to all of our foremen for the work you put in every day, and for making the time to be there. JM Electrical wouldn’t run the way it does without you.

to a great day on the course at the NECA Boston Golf Classic! ⛳

On August 31st, JM Electrical joined fellow members, industry partners, and colleagues at Woodland Golf Club for this signature NECA Boston event. Matthew and Andrew Guarracino represented our team, and we were proud to sponsor a hole.

The Golf Classic supports the NECA Boston Foundation and the Fran Angino Scholarship Fund, which makes it a day worth showing up for. It's always great to catch up with people from across the industry, and even better when the fun goes toward a good cause.

Thank you to NECA Boston for hosting, and to all of the Associate Members whose generous sponsorships made the day possible.

Proud to support the next generation of athletes right here in our hometown! ⚽

JM Electrical is proud to sponsor the Lynnfield Youth Soccer Club (LYSC), supporting local kids as they learn the game, build friendships, and stay active in our community.

As a Lynnfield-based company for 40 years, giving back to the town that's been our home since the very beginning means a lot to us. Whether it's sponsoring youth sports, supporting local schools, or getting involved in community events, we believe in investing in the place we call home.

Go LYSC! We're cheering you on from the sidelines.

Congratulations to our Project Manager Steve Matin, recently featured in New England Real Estate Journal's "Ones to Watch: Innovators in CRE"! 📰

In the feature, Steve shares his perspective on how innovation continues to shape the way he approaches his work. A systematic thinker by nature, Steve has long focused on automation, not as a replacement for judgment, but as a way to free up time for deeper strategic thinking. He's especially excited about the potential of AI to build on that idea further, learning from behavior patterns to help predict decisions and create opportunities to improve entire teams.

At JM Electrical Company, we're proud to have team members like Steve who are thinking ahead about how our industry can continue to evolve and improve. Congratulations, Steve, on this well-deserved recognition!

We're celebrating Rose Marie this month, who has officially taken the next step in her electrical career after completing hands-on training as a CW at the JME Innovation Center!

Rose Marie recently earned her place in International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103's Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) as a first-year apprentice, and she's now splitting her time between classroom instruction and real, hands-on work in the field alongside the JM Electrical team.

Her journey highlights one of the main reasons why the Innovation Center exists: to give aspiring electricians the foundation and confidence they need before stepping onto a jobsite. Watching that training translate into an apprenticeship opportunity is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Congratulations, Rose Marie! We're proud to have you on the team and excited to watch you grow throughout your apprenticeship.

Happy National Tradesmen Day! 🔧⚡

Today we celebrate the skilled tradesmen and women who show up every day to build, wire, and power the infrastructure our communities depend on.

At JM Electrical Company, our team of talented electricians brings craftsmanship, precision, and dedication to every project, and we couldn't be prouder of the work they do.

From our journeymen and foremen to our apprentices just beginning their careers, every member of our team plays a vital role in what makes JM Electrical the trusted name it is today.

To all the tradesmen and women out there: thank you for the skill and hard work you bring to the job every single day. Our industry runs because of you.

Today makes 25 years since September 11, 2001.

We pause to remember the lives lost, the first responders who ran toward the danger, and the resilience shown by our nation in the years since. A quarter century later, the memory of that day and the unity it inspired continues to shape who we are as a nation.

We honor and remember all those affected.

Investing in the future means investing in the tools that will shape it. This week, our team participated in an AI training session led by Dynaimix AI, focused on practical applications of Microsoft CoPilot! 🤖⚡

The session gave our team hands-on experience with AI tools designed to improve efficiency and streamline daily workflows. From project management to administrative tasks, understanding how to effectively integrate AI into our operations is becoming an increasingly important part of staying competitive in our industry.

At JM Electrical, we're always looking for ways to work smarter and better serve our clients. We can't wait to put these new insights into practice as we continue finding ways to improve how we operate.

Thank you to Dynaimix AI for a valuable and engaging training session!
