From Cedar Shake to Presidential TL. 🏠

A closer look at our recently completed Summit Ridge project in Bellevue, WA.

We replaced the aging cedar shake roof with CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL in Shadow Gray—keeping that classic shake-inspired appearance while upgrading the home with a premium modern roofing system.

The Shadow Gray looks incredible on this home and completely refreshed its appearance.

Great review from Yu... "Very professional consultants from this company. Keith was here, answered all my questions about pure solar roof, solar panel and regular shingles roof. They also have rich experience balancing the usable sunlight and family electricity usage. I strongly recommend talking to them first if you ever consider a backup power supply, or cutting your bills on EV and AC, or replacing your roof."

Great review from David... "any interactions I've had with Pinnacle have been first rate. great work, personable people, and generally a well-run organization.

Lenny Schwartz, the owner and CEO, was polite, clear about what he was going to do. he's a man that his crews looked up to. the electricians told me that they had originally been roofers, but as they got older Lenny sent them for training to become electricians. I find it admirable that a manager/CEO would find ways to develop his crew rather than dumping them for cheaper replacements. and I could see that the payback was dedication and loyalty.
