Another successful high end residential roofing project completed in Mercer Island, WA! 🔨🏠☀️

Our team recently installed a high-performance 80-mil PVC roofing system designed for long-term durability and weather resistance. Shown in Bronze.

We also incorporated a tapered Polyiso insulation system to improve drainage and thermal performance. To achieve a Class A fire rating, a DensDeck® cover board was installed over the insulation assembly.

Looking ahead to the next phase, we also pre-installed all solar standoff supports during the roofing process. By coordinating the roofing and solar scopes together, we help protect the roof's warranty, reduce future penetrations, and create a seamless foundation for the upcoming solar installation.

This project is a great example of the value of working with a contractor that understands both roofing and solar systems under one roof.

"Very professional team evidenced during all engagements from initial contact to my joint inspection of the new roof deck & cover and gutter system (for Lynnwood rental) with company owner, Lenny. Originally requested bid in 2018 for roof cover only; but not ready to do with other renovation priorities. Fast forward, I reached out to my Pinnacle contact, Keith; who had my original bid on file. Our joint site visit confirmed the roof deck at end-of-useful life and due for a full re-roof. Pinnacle crew maintained good housekeeping while on-site. Very satisfied with product quality options, workmanship, and the workmanship warranty (transferrable). Many thanks Lenny, Keith & Pinnacle Teams!"
