What a fantastic job by Nicolas W. Quall and the building envelope crew! You can tell how worn out and tired this siding was (just look at the peeling and crumbling fencing that is not part of this bid). It was a much-needed refresh, and we are so glad to have served this beautiful Redmond community! New siding—new balcony railings—repaired car ports! What a difference!

A full reimagining of a 1904 Seattle home! The interior was fully gutted, reframed, and modernized. We built a central open-concept staircase with recessed LED tread lighting. We increased the square footage with new additions, and installed all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and hardwood flooring. The home has been transformed into a modern living space ready for decades of new memories!

Thanks to the wonderful partnerships we have with the PNW Region’s top association management and consulting firms, McLeod has been able to support over 300(wow🎉) community associations and their homeowners with repairs and renovations in 2025. We’re proud to give back through donations to Northwest Harvest & Food Lifeline, helping expand access to nutritious food across Washington. 🥕🥑 We are so grateful for the work of these amazing organizations and volunteers!

Thank you to all of the management and consulting firms, communities, and homeowners we were able to support in 2025, so that we could in turn contribute to these efforts to serve our neighbors! 💚

Isel started with McLeod as a carpenter and worked his way up to Superintendent, where his leadership thrived. He continued his education through construction management courses and was promoted to Project Manager in 2013. Since then, he continued to grow his skillset and now leads our Capital Projects team performing building envelope replacement projects for condo associations throughout western Washington!
