Tommy & assistant did a good job of explaining every step in the installation process. He arrived promptly when called on a weekend emergency & helped tremendously to mitigate the immediate problem, staying long hours to get the initial job done; then, again, long hours to install the new gas water heater & all component parts, etc. He promised that after leaving he would mail to me a detailed instruction on how to heat & steps needed to respond if the unit should auto turn off which would cause concern to me, an elderly person, who might not remember verbal or visual instructions. Tommy also, at my request, took photos of the unit in closet which he will share with me online or on phone.
For all the questions answered, the patience he had with me in answering, his friendly but professional demeanor, I would recommend him & his able apprentice as an able, master’s qualified service person to anyone needing his services.
