We at Rockford Structures built all the Beef-a-Roo locations. We have been building the Tom & Jerry's new buildings and remodels for years now. Bob and Sue have become good friends and I am
excited to work on the locations should
it all work out. Tuesday we are working on that plan and we are so happy to be part of this piece of the Beef-a-Roo legacy.

Update from my friend Bob that owns Tom & Jerry’s.

“So far we have hired 15 Beef-a-Roo employees and accepted hundreds of coupons.”

Remember, Tom & Jerry’s will have another hiring event at all their locations tomorrow.

‼️Bob tells me he’s committing this week to working through relationships, banking, assessing the restaurants, and figuring out the best way he can move forward to keep the Beef-A-Roo brand alive. He shared with me it will take a community effort to pull this off.‼️ How cool would it be if Bob finds a way to get our local Beef-A-Roo’s opened back up?
