Crandall Stats and Sensors, Inc. Crandall Stats and Sensors™. All individuals will be expected to be capable and willing to perform a variety of jobs for the business.

is a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing high quality, cost competitive products and services made in America, by empowering and enriching our staff at work, at home and in the community. Our Core DNA
Due to the complexity, the variety and low volume nature of our products, knowledge and experience are critical to the success of our business. Waste (scrap, rework, inefficienc

Short term our product offering will focus on current (and possibly past) as of 2012, Schneider Electric Stat Sensor Products. Long term, the business will pursue other potential product offerings that include equipment for the HVAC markets and Green Energy markets. Initial core business skills include:
Hi mix-low volume assembly and calibration,
Temperature sensing bulb production,
Wire set production,
Through-hole PCB assembly,
Machining operations such as milling, drilling and spot welding,
Tool, die and fixture fabrication capabilities,
Stocking and shipping

"We are proud to share that Crandall Stats and Sensors ended the year on a high note by participating in the Foster Care Alliance "Adopt an Angel" program. Thanks to the generosity of our team, we donated 30 gifts to help ensure children in our community experience the magic of the holidays. Strengthening our community is core to our mission, and we couldn't think of a better way to wrap up a successful year."

Giving back to the community we call home. 🏠

We are incredibly proud to announce that the Crandall Stats and Sensors team has donated 172 lbs of food to the Harlem Roscoe Fire Department! Yearly, HRFD has surprised over thirty households (with an average of 75+ children) during this time with a holiday feast, wrapped toys, clothing and many other items of need for each home. Better than a sleigh, delivery to each home was made by one of their fire trucks and handed out by your HRFD Firefighters Saturday, December 20th, 2025.
At CS&S, we believe that our success is tied to the well-being of our neighbors. A huge thank you to our team members who helped organize and coordinate this effort!

Crandall Stats and Sensors Team recently attended the Spring 2025 Engineering Internship Job Fair at Rock Valley College. We were able to meet with current students from RVC/NIU.
Our community is so fortunate to have our local Community College working with Northern Illinois University to support Mechanical Engineering Students.
We have employed one intern from this program, and hope to again!
