Were looking to add a HVAC Apprentice to our team based out of Loves Park ASAP! To join our team you do not need to have HVAC experience but experience with tools is a must! Your job for the first couple of months would be to learn our system and follow along with our Service Technician to jobs daily until you are able to go out and do service and install by yourself. For this position you MUST be ok with following specific direction and have close attention to detail. We do service furnaces, A/C's, boilers heat pumps, oil furnaces and mini splits. We also plumb piping and do electrical for jobs as needed, so you will get trained in multiple fields.
This position has the opportunity to grow within the company as well!

Cleaning your air conditioning unit regularly can prevent a lot of problems.
- One of the most common problems that is directly related to whether you clean your system or not, is the air conditioner freezing up. This means that the Freon lines in the unit aren’t getting enough warm air passing around them, and it literally causes the coils to freeze. Regular cleaning can prevent this, and other problems, from occurring.

- This will also improve the quality of the air & the lifespan of the unit.

Cleaning the inside of furnace (burners & cells), duct pressure check, change of air filter, inspection of the system to ensure all is working properly.
